- 100goats
- 50gcashew nuts
- 30gdesiccated coconut
- 30gground flax seed
- 100gsemi frozen raspberries (just take out of the freezer about 15 mins before using)
- 1tbspmaple syrup, honey or agave
- 200gdark chocolate (or chocolate of your choice)
Method

Put everything (except chocolate) in a blender or food processor until nice and pink!

Roll into balls by hand.

Pop them on a tray and freeze for about 30 mins.

Melt chocolate and then cover....decorate with freeze dried raspberries for a bit of added fun!
