- 150gground almonds
- 50gdesiccated coconut
- 250gpitted medjool dates
- 2tspmatcha tea powder
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 1tbspextra virgin olive oil
- 2tbspfreeze-dried raspberries OR cacao nibs (I used raspberries)
Method

Blend all the ingredients except the raspberries or cacao in a high speed food processor.
